About the Sleep Center

Meet the Sleep Experts

Mid-Michigan Center for Sleep Disorders is a state of the art facility that provides accurate patient monitoring and treats all sleep disorders in adults and children. Common disorders include obstructive sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, and narcolepsy.

The center is a free standing, independent sleep testing facility that provides the highest technology available with rooms that have all of the comforts of home. It is a fully accredited sleep center by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. It is the only independent sleep facility that has this accreditation in the greater Genesee County area.

Dr. George Zureikat, the medical director of the facility, is the only physician in the area who is qualified to treat both adult and pediatric sleep disorders. He is double board certified in sleep medicine by the American Board of Sleep Medicine and the American Board of Pediatrics.

All of the sleep technicians are registered through the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT), which is the highest level of certification available. We have very favorable outcome measures; including high patient satisfaction, follow up, CPAP compliance and reliability of scoring of sleep studies. Also, we have an open door policy for patients to come back in if they have trouble with their CPAP or other equipment.

We provide quality, timely service and look forward to helping you get a better night's sleep and positively affect your health, family, and work.
